Naz Vahid

Naz Vahid is Co-Chair and President of Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors, which she co-founded to advise law firm leadership on strategy and the changing business of law. She spent 39 years at Citi, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Citi Global Wealth at Work, leading a $900 million revenue business delivering customized financial solutions to professionals in the legal, asset management, and professional services industries. Previously she led the Law Firm Group for Citi Private Bank, overseeing 14 offices across the U.S. and U.K. and roughly 200 professionals serving more than 40,000 attorneys at 300 premier law firms. Naz holds a graduate degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and an undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She serves on the boards of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Ecosuite, and is a permanent board member of the Tahirih Justice Center.
